subPlt - Subset plotfile

Create a new plotfile from an original one by subsetting in space and/or component. The spatial subsetting is specified by giving a bounding box in integer coordinates at the coarsest AMR level in the file (the default is the entire domain). The component subset is specifeid as an integer list of components (the default is all components).
